ya this will never pass... i remember back in the day having COMPUSERVE before being acquired by AOL paying per hour usages charges; that sh!t is long gone for a reason. You saw the caps though 250gb for Comcast customers, that is a ton of bandwidth... if you use more then that then you need to be charged more
