Where do these trends start exactly?
And who decides that it's popular?
I'm NOT expecting a real answer to this question but I have noticed some eTrends over the years that i thought were "IA only." Then I noticed the WHOLE Interent embracing them.

"Win" can also be used as a verb.
"I'm going to win!"
Also, internet lingo doesn't follow your precious laws of grammatical correction. Nice try though.
Your Post = For The Lose
yes, but in this case, it needs to be used as a noun to be gramatically correct. When you say "for the win", you're saying for the win... implying that said win is used as a noun.Originally Posted by Ran

It's as credible as any other source on the net. Again, whether grammatically correct or not, is has always been "For The Lose" and it always will be.Originally Posted by GKtib®

Win can be a verb as well genius. And it does mean lose . It started in Starcraft/warcraft days. "For the Horde!", then when people were playing Starcraft they changed it and said "For the win!" and the opposing "For the LOSE!", ie."Zurg, FTL!"Originally Posted by GKtib®

no sh*t dumbass. of course it can be a verb, but the verb use of win wouldn't be gramatically correct in this case.Originally Posted by d-ninja

lets see check, check(i little more work that partial), no removal of chains my motor only had one,i guess you could say i had a modded driveshaft since it was a swap, no boost, but i did have cam, intake, exhaust, 750 holley carb, upgraded ignition system, electric fuel pump, and a mildly built 700r4. so i guess i can play tooOriginally Posted by AnthonyF

of course the motor blew up on me 3 years later(actually ran low on oil on the interstate and spun a bearing) but it was fun while it lasted.
