Anyone know how many points that is if its any? I looked on the Fulton County website and could only find the fine amount, but not if its any points on the record.
i dont think any points go on it cuz they dont know whos driving the car.
you could have let your friend barrow your car and they get cuaght by the camera and yeah you will get the ticket since its your car that got caught but they cant be sure you were driving it

If you go and say it wasn't you, they have no way to prove it was. It is easy to fight, so they made it zero pts to get people to just pay the money.
alpharetta doesnt give you point for red light tickets unless you get a few. then they will give you a court date then maybe points.

As others have said, no points, just a ~$70 fine.
I actually ran the light at Freedom Pkwy and Boulevard getting onto 75 like 6 months back and didn't even have to pay the fine. It was just a "warning".
I had a $100 fine the first time and $90 the second.
Both not my fault and believe it or not at the same light in the same week. I was behind a truck and couldn't see the light because of the trailer being so big. By the time I could see it was red I was at the stopping point going 27mph. I could even see the trucks in the picture they sent me. GEY
omg come on you know there is a camera there. you should be watching for the lights to change. i live like 3 miles from that intersection and cross it like 10 times a day... dude please you deserve that ticket then.

a little FYI. These tickets are by law.. illegal. If you go to court to fight these tickets you will get out of it. It's illegal to receive a ticket without an officer present to give it to you. 90% of america does not know this so they pay the $70+ fine and go on with their life.

Seems strange to me that bills would be signed in by the state government here that are illegal. Perhaps a little more looking into something before claiming somthing...no?
Actually I don't have one. I have been pulled over a few times after and no warrant. I have even had 3 background screenings to do some lighting work for FBI of Atlanta and nothing on my record. It is safe to say I am very confident My record is clean.
