    Default Totaled the G35

    I was making a left out of my work today. 2 lane road with a turning lane down the middle. Guy in a truck stopped and waved me out and just as i got into the turning lane a car was speeding down the turning lane hit me head on.

    I got ticketed even though he was in the turning lane about 600ft before the intersection. The guy went to the hospital complaining about chest pains and is prob taking my insurance company to court....

    IM PISSED!!!

    you should get ticketed. its illegal to cut through traffic even if someone waves you on.

    wow sorry to hear that!!! Glad your ok though!

    I almost totaled my car yesterday.. some girl in a C class on her cell pulled out in front of me! so i floor the brakes and the horn and the dumb ho stops in the middle of the road!!!!!!!!! instead of moving out of the way and dodging me, she decides to try to catch me?!?!?! regardless, my brakes did their job and I ended probably 2 feet from her door.. The car besides me didn't brake in time and nearly missed her and spun out on the incoming lane..

    depends actually. if it's one of those things where the turning lane works both ways(turn left and right) then you can. IF the guy was in the lane as far ahead of the intersection as chris said then actually the guy should have been found at fault

    This is why you shouldn't even try to make left turns in traffic if you aren't at a light. Turn right and do a U-Turn at a light or something, don't follow people waving you through.
