1. how rude of her is it to have something like that announced????? that's very very very bad business... she should really think twice about something like that...
2. i was completely **** faced last wednesday.... i rounded to the nearest "whole dollar" amount... not even thinking about percentages.... at all....
3. Once she made it a point to call me out (which again is completely unprofessional and i'm sure her manager wouldn't appreciate her trying to embarrass a weekly customer) and i realized the mistake i made. i walked over to her and handed her another 5.00 bill.... where she proceeded to tell me "no you already screwed up" after i explained i just flat didn't pay attn to what i was actually doing she took the bill.. and that should have been that.
so was this brought up again by her??? or just the group???
i understand it's a lax environment but you don't that **** to a customer.... had i thought about it the next day i woulda called the manager actually... BUT i had a hangover and the ordeal wasn't brought back up to my attn for a couple days...
