obviously people who put big farking wheels on their car are tryna be down with the "hip-hop" scene......almost every friggin rap video except for jay-z's latest videos have some mo-fo dancing around a car with nothing less than 24s......soooo the people who cant afford a maybach or phantom go and buy a burnt out cutlass and put some big farking wheels on it!!!!........now their cool in the "hip-hop" world!!!......1
