To pay for stuff like this you have to add more taxes and with things like making college less expensive raises to all kinds of jobs like teachers and stuff(they deserve it don't get me wrong) you really think the all ready poor will pay more taxes under a democratic president? Not likely.
the working rich will not get richer. It will be the top 5% that are considered the ultra rich. They wont be paying more in taxes because they will move their residence and accounts to a haven such as the bahamas.

The really poor are really poor mainly because of their own decisions. Whether it be drugs, lack of education, or just plain laziness. They wont be paying more in taxes, because their only income is the govt tit. The middle and lower-upper classes will pay the brunt of the extra taxes.

so I guess saying the rich get richer really downt apply, but the poor will definately get poorer.
