1) costs vary depending on the county you're in, although it's $26 for the GBI background check regardless. (fyi: in cobb, it's another $20 something you pay to the court house)

2) go down to your county probate court, fill out paperwork, get fingerprinted...and wait

3) go to the Wallstreet section, you'll find plenty about the bill there

Don't really care one way or the other. To me the fight for gun control is like the fight for marijuana. People just want to have things their way, whether it's better for society or not. I would probably say MOST people carry just to say they carry and feel like a bad ass.

Cost depends what county.. 26 for the fingerprints and whatever the county charges.

The bill Is to allow permit holders to carry in "even" more public places.. As to where before it was not permited for example : inside a bar that sells alcohol... Now you will be able to aslong as you dont drink.

I dont think anyone in ga has a conceal permit ..... In GA You can Open carry if you feel like it.

Whats really the proper term? I went and looked at mine and it says Georgia Firearm License. Since I don't carry I never really paid it much attention, the permit is moreso for road trips or anything out of the ordinary.

I do like the part where it can be carried in state parks now.

GFL... But, believe me, alot of people say "conceal" permit even though, in GA you can conceal or no..
