    Depends how active you are.

    Lean Cuisines are pretty decent. 300 calories, 20grams of protein. You can kill 5 of these a day and still only take in 1,500 calories and it's an extra 100 grams of protein (if you're working out). Try the Turkey Breast or Salsbury Steak. Those are my favorite, least nasty ones I get.

    extra 100 g of protein? if you're working out? lolol, wow, not even going to comment on that.
