it has made the biggest numbers i've seen from an EVO yet other than one running a huge turbo and tons of nitrous, but i think they want to keep the numbers under wraps for the moment. so highest HP i'd say yes it is so far... fastest would be implied seeing as it has the most power (save for driver error, mechanical failure, etc).

others have made far heftier claims on this site, but i guess this one was near and dear to you eh?

If you are going to make claims you should be able to back em up.

they have the proof, just aren't releasing it at this very moment (i dunno why either, to me they're just numbers). it's a whole lot like your fellow cheerleaders that kept saying for months that they would bust everyone's ass "when their car was done", and their cars weren't even running yet.
