My point is that if this website continues on the path it is on (mods banning anything they don't like, ignoring the users' wants/needs, etc.) this site will go under like the Titanic. Internet communities are advertisement funded, that is true. And while you do need to make money, you won't do so if you lose your community. There's no need to sacrifice the freedom of the community for a couple bucks. If that sponsor doesn't like the site, find another one. If you aren't willing to turn down customers (sponsors) then you aren't ready to run a business.

Honestly...the Pedo bear..I think is kinda funny. Most do not have words in them so I find them harmless. i did just see the pic we are all talking about and I dont approve. THREE? C'mon. Thats below the belt. 15, 14, whatever..on IA, who doesnt talk about younger girls and how we could hook up with them again? lol. As long as it doesnt get to graphic.

understand where you're coming from. but at the same time, are you speaking from experience? have you had to seek out sponsors and have you turned them down in order to keep a community?

i'm not saying i have by any means, but if you haven't either then why do you speak as if it's such an easy thing to do, especially considering IA is not a full time job for either Julio or Paul?

and furthermore, there are numerous online forums where jack squat is allowed, yet still have a huge following. i don't think it's fair to insinuate that you can't maintain an online webboard w/o allowing a free for all. TRUE, IA might not be the same if more and more things become banned, but it doesn't mean IA won't survive and find a potentially larger following of ppl who don't care for the WL nonsense.

finally, i love IA and all the retarded bs that comes w/it, the callouts and all the inappropriate jokes. at the same time though, i'm on other boards that are CLEAN and i enjoy those as well, so it's all whatever to me.

If you really want it to be COMMUNIST IA i would lock this thread and ban Ran for even trying to argue.

But im willing to let this go as long as it stays on topic. I value our members input and ideas an love to hear what they have to say.

But so far i havent heard anything to make me change my or others minds.

Plus, the argument about other subjects , we usually lock those down FAST. however there is no RACIST BEAR or other mascot with suggestive sayings, when that happens we will lock that down too.

well charge a fee, like $10 a year per member...
