    I dont think you really understand how funny it is.. You know why people in DUBAI have soo much money.. B/c we buy Iran's oil through DUBAI (i.e. embargo) Dubai people just have to put their names on as the owner of the company/oil

    Partially correct. We buy Iran's oil through the UAE, not just Dubai. Dubai just happens to be the most well known of the seven states that collectively make up the UAE.
    And not everyone in Dubai is mega rich. It's the folks in Abu Dhabi (another state) who are bad ass when it comes to the dough.

    OP, I think you should check out Aus/NZ.. absolutely wonderful IMO.
