Implementing new rules is always hard at first but after a little while, it just becomes common knowledge and easier to enforce. You can't let a little upset keep you from enforcing rules that will make the site a lot more pleasant to browse.

Fair enough, but the mods should at least set some standard guidelines or restrictions before making that thread. Size and content should be held at the highest priority.
