Let me clarify with some facts.
Catholics have long had a tradition of holding Jews responsible for the death of Christ, and somehow thinking this is a bad thing. (Hint, if Christ hadn't died, you wouldn't believe in Ressurection.)
Catholics were one of the SEVERAL religions conservative groups that tried to embrace Nazism, but were shunned just as much as Communism was shunned by both the Nazi's and the Catholics.
I LIKE POPE BENEDICT. I don't care much for the ideals of Nazism, but I also believe in Christianity's tenents of "Love the sinner, hate the sin."
Oh, and I have lots of Jewish friends and I'm in no way an anti-semite. Though I will make fun of them as much as I make fun of everyone else.
