GDI, this arguement is pointless. You can argue it either way. Regardless of whether or not you condone smoking weed, its still a mind altering substence. And if you think otherwise your a moron. I smoked a lot of weed in my early highschool years so i know exactly the mind state it puts you in. You dont stop feeling it 3-4 hours later unless you have some really crappy stuff.
Point is, if you smoke or drink and then get behind the steering wheel, your a reckless POS. I really dont care if you smoke at home, but have enough decentcy to consider the reprocussion's of your actions.
