if you went TOO far on the drop, they CAN blow the struts out. Did u diagnose the car your self? You should have tried bouncing the car to see if the shocks were really blown or not. Springs cant really be installed incorrectly. There are little notches that help align them in place. The only thing that could go wrong is the nut on top not tight enough or the actual install of the suspension. btw...take it to a pro.I've done MANY spring insalls. Did 3 Vipers last month. Not ONE problem.
