while i dont disagree, we all have our bad days. If this kid has a history of this behavior, it can get the best of you.

Especially if he was yelling at other customers on the lot an being an ass as was previously stated.

Was Ron wrong for being angry, yeah, he was. Was he prob justified, yeah prob.
