    Default Need help, please read!

    Well i got a problem, my "friend" just currently got finished putting his car back together and theres no way in hell it will pass emissions, hes in gwinnett so its required! So if anyone knows anyone that can help him with this problem PLEASE PM ME!

    that is true, but that won't help him either unless he moves in one or transfer's his car title under my name. Simple as...get a PO BOX in walton county...send a bank statement there. Go in walton co. tag office and you got a tag.
    May i ask why won't it pass emission? How old is the car...is the CEL on?

    it wont pass because the car has no CAT so the CEL is on but i found a guy thanx guys
