Ok. so today is my first day back at work since my sister passed away on 3-27-08... I new my workload would be astronomical, but I wasnt prepared for my 26 voicemails, 53 peices of mail, and 346 emails... so I get to work at 7:45 thinking I was ready to begin my day. I go get me a large glass of water, pass out my Thank you cards, and as I am walking back to my desk ( approximately 8:15) I hear my name being paged over the intercom to call the receptionist desk. I do so, she then states that there is a call for me so I take the call... I answer the phone and say This is Leisa at Humana, how may I help you... All I hear on the other end was this ***** of a State of FLorida employee who is bitching about how she finds it totally "ridiculous" how I can be the only person to do my job and why dont I have a backup when someone dies in my family and I have to be out of work on bereavement. I was completely taken aback and the first thing that came out of my mouth was " Oh, Im sorry I didnt know that I had to get persmission for someone in my family to pass away".. I advised that I would have to get situated and give her a call back ... needless to say it wont be today.

F*Ck her!
