Funny how the instigating is usually started by people who weren't even there.

#1. For those that have been living under a rock for the last 10 yrs, I've ALWAYS been in the Mahdavi camp in one way or another. Customer, supporter, friend, and now crew member. So, why it would be any surprise to anyone as to what "shirt" I'm wearing seems dumb to me.

#2. It is VERY much a good question how you go from running 10's and high 9's on one day and then suddenly bust out mid 8's the next considering the car ran a totally different management than before. Again, those that weren't there didn't see what everyone else saw. I'll leave it at that.

#3. Sam dropped a valve in one cyl on his last qualifying pass. It happens and it did. It's racing.

#4. Nothing "happened" to Mahdavi. It's racing. You win some, you lose some. The results may be different next time, maybe they won't. It's racing. It happens.

#5. Why didn't you go? There was some very stiff competition, as there usually is, in the FWD classes. Maybe we'd be Monday morning quarterbacking if you'd gone too.

#6. Dan's Supra is pretty much the same Supra that he had before, except for the paint job....stickers....and a handful of COMPLIANCE additions to stay LEGAL . Ironically enough it did have quite a few "mystery" issues that seem to point towards "ghosts" that burn up brand spanking new purge solenoids just by testing them on the car. Funny how things like that happen. Again, it's racing and it happens. You can only deal with it and move on.
