Cingular or now the NEW AT&T... is allowed to do two re-rates per year per customer. which is exactly what they did for LS2ner. all you have to do is call in and not be an ahole, just admitt that you went over your minutes and tell them that you are willing to increase your rateplan to accomodate the usage.
