YOU aren't going to sway my thoughts on this. IF he manages to get out of this close to unscathed, he'll be lucky. If it is proven that he wasn't the cause, then so be it. Until then, he should be dead and not the others. You say he shouldn't be dead because of his "excessive speed." I say those four people shouldn't be dead because they weren't wearing a seat belt.
