    fun times...we went out drinkin for a bit...some bad shit happened...ended up back home at 1245...sucked...hope your back gets better...back pain sucks...im so glad that that is one injury ive yet to sustain

    well I'm going through Physical therapy for it.. I have a herniated disk in my 5th lumbar and the rest have signs of arthritus....

    where are you getting your p.t.? i worked for a p.t. place for 4 years befor ei came to school...good luck with that disk...ive seen so amny people with that shit and i know its painful...and as for the arthritis...nothing you can do for that...i hvae it in my knees...sucks ass...but hey i can tell you when its oging to rain now lol
