Nah, there's a state law against retrofitting HID, I'll try to dig it up. The problem is that (like I said earlier lol) people are just throwing absurd amounts of light at other drivers, which is a public safety hazard. Yeah you can see better, but everyone else can't see ****. A cop wouldn't know what cars come stock with HID, but he would be able to tell if your car didn't because of how bright you are to oncoming traffic. If you had projectors or the like that was designed for HID, I wouldn't think it would bother them enough to pull you over just for the color.

But I dunno, I tend to stay out of trouble with the cops haha
