yup ctrl+alt+up arrow on your directional pad will fix it.

BUT if you don't have administrative rights, you will have to login as an admin first.

Alternatively, you can right click on the desktop then click properties, settings, advanced, graphics, graphics properties, rotation/ orientation.

I'm assuming you use WinXP.
