I think he got arressted for being a smartass and they probably hit him with failure to co-operate and being hostile towards the officers, I'm sure he wasnt, but if he got hit with a empty container he can get off of that charge quite easily.
the cop was orginally goin to let him go but felt he was being a "smartass" and not cooperating. He just thought it was bullshit they were searching his car for no reason and made it known. i didnt ask if they gave him a breathlizer or soberity test. but he wasnt drunk, he was tipsy at the most shit if i was in his shoes i probaly would of done the same, there are some crooked cops out there.
