Consider this. As most of us konw that 1/2" of snow shuts down pretty much everything everywhere in Georgia other than up north. You have a "tornado" come through a major part of Atlanta Dome, CNN Center, Omni, Phillips Arena, and GSU. All of which were heavily occupied with the exception of Phillips. The city simply put to me did not have a plan for something like this. I'm looking at the news right now and 4+ hours later and there is no clean up going on anywhere. You think that any other major city wouldn't have started a clean up by now? The major just basically put the blame for injuries and lack of warning on the media
. My major complaint is lack of preparedness.
