    Default Myspace question

Does anyone know how to keep people from being able to steal your pics from your myspace page?

I've already tried unchecking the little box in the settings menu that says "allow pics to be emailed and shared".

    Anyone?

Even if you do that, anyone that is already on your "friends" list can still download any of the pics.

I'm looking to set the pics to be able to be seen, just not downloaded.

Myspace isnt set up like that man, Only thining I can suggest is to watermark your pictures so people know when they see it who the credit belongs to

If they have access to your pictures, you can sae as. Myspace is not set up to prevent you from that. theres always a way. Print Screen... Sorry
I'm just that guy that spends all his time printing.... T-shirts, banners, vinyl, etc.

I don't think there is a way Jaime. I've saved pics from plenty of other myspace pages lol. If its on there, it can be saved.

    Don't use myspace

But seriously, i know myspace allows you to use html in your about me box, so theoretically you could open a <head> tag and throw a javascript code in there to disable right click, but that could screw with the layout of the page, since you'd be opening a <head> within the <body> of the page.

If you can upload a file, you could upload a .htaccess and do it that way. But no matter what you do they can always print screen. Your better option would be to watermark your images so when they're taken, it's just advertising you.

There is nothing that u can do, except make ur photos private(but than whats the points of having pics if none can see them).

And there is this commerical that i watched not to long. Its about this girl who posted her pictures online, and everyone went and got her picture over the internet. The commercial summend up that once you post pictures of yourself online, everyone has access to them.

I do watermark all my pics. I don't have any pics that would necessarily be super duper secret. I was just asking since they have popped up in different places. No biggie.

    Thanks for the input.

The red head is beautiful sure enough, but unfortunately for you she's also very engaged.
