i was just wondering how many people really like to drink water instead of sodas or juices.
i drink a lot of different drink daily, but at night i cant help but drinking a large glass of ice water. so simple yet satisfying.

if you do some research on water and dehydration it turns out a lot of people are under hydrated which causes many problems that is a simple fix and a lot of hunger pangs can be cured with a glass of water.
you actually lose more weight if you cut soda and beer from your life.

no joke... i dont know if its some sort of jedi subliminal messages or something, but FIJI brand bottled water tasted freakin 1337 to me... its soooooooooo damn refreshing, even though 'water is water' ... i'm sure chemically they aren't all the same due to different amounts of solvents in teh water depending on the origin of where the water was bottled... ... for some reason fiji brand water is ON POINT for me... or maybe its just the packaging or something but mannnnnnnn its so damn thirst quenching
sometimes i like water, but not usually. but i had kidney stones a few years ago from not drinking enough liquids, lol so ill settle on whatevers cool and close at hand

Not always....A lot of the time the pills will mess up your kidneys instead. Many medications are filtered by the kidneys instead of the liver.

i drink water all the damn time... it's pretty much all i drink. that last IA grill meet (gallon challenge pt.2 -- without the gallon challenge lol) was the first time in a long time i had soda.
i only drink water i rarely order anything else or drink anything else maybe once in a while like a hatoraid or somthing or another
