interstate at 80mph on the one night that i forget to grab my jacket on the way out the door a box truck came over on me and pushed me off the interstate. tell me about some road rash. I had no finger tips for a month...

thanks swimshark. Yeah they should but they dont. if i wouldve just been hauling ass like usual i couldve avoided it all together. but i just had to be going with the rate of traffic.
TeGG3R lol it definitely dont feel good. The worst part was the scrub down in the ER to get the gravel and shit out. Nurse didnt like motorcycle riders and was trying to "convince" me not to ride again. Bitch. Told her i was going to go ride the next day, and i probably would have if i could bend my arm or squeeze and clutch or twist the throttle lol. i was a stiffie for about 2 weeks. if i worked my left arm straight and let it sit a minute i couldnt bend it, if i worked it back to being bent and let it sit a minute i couldnt straighten it lol. sucked...

I block pain out, try to do the mind over matter thing alot. keeps me from getting cold or too hot. lets me push myself a bit farther. that kinda thing. military training helps alot too. i wont lie its one of the worst pains ive ever felt or remember feeling lol, wasnt a sickening pain as much as a burning pain though.

I block pain out, try to do the mind over matter thing alot. keeps me from getting cold or too hot. lets me push myself a bit farther. that kinda thing. military training helps alot too. i wont lie its one of the worst pains ive ever felt or remember feeling lol, wasnt a sickening pain as much as a burning pain though.

Yeah when my arm was separated from the rest of my body in a kart race back in 99 and I had to crawl off the track to avoid being ran over the pain was immense and the desperation of crawling across a race track looking back at my arm just laying there and karts going by at 100mph was overwhelming, now I just say I can handle ANY kind of pain and ANYTHING life throws my way.
