yah i eat heatable dinners at times here at work and i know those are chock full of sodium. im not exactly the healthiest eater.
I started working out again last night. Ran 5 miles then threw up. drank a couple of sips of water and ran 3 more miles. IM BACK.
I plan on being able to run 10 miles nonstop by the end of the month and benching 220 by the end of feb.
It seems like once I start back again I feel great im gonna try to go 5 days a week this year.
me + running = bad
me + biking = good
me + swimming = good until my rotators cuff inflames and i cant swim no more
haha i posted in another thread this also but i benched 250 my first time ever in my 2nd year of college. i only swam and never lifted weights. my left shoulder is bad though so i cant do much lifting anymore.

im to lazy to get into a workout routine. probably ride my bmx bike and explore spsu campus tonight.
haha i dont think ill have to worry about hoodlems though i do look goofy riding my bike. look like a big kid on it.
its funny cuz the tires say max weight of 165 on them. i got that covered by 50 haha
