    we do 12 on and 12 off for like 4 days and then a day off but 12s take a toll on you sleep wise, I just watch movies and play game at work but the schedule alone drains you

    im also looking at being a cop.

    have applied at many sales positions, everything worth a crap within 40 miles on all my job search boards.. and have followed up on everything.

    i work 5-6 maybe 7 days a week.. i usually average about 4 hrs a day for sleep.

    i've become much more disciplined since the last time i had to search for a job.

    6 months back at dominos... 3 years altogether..

    i'm supposed to be training mid January for a store manager position where i'll run my own store.. but it's just not something i want to do.

    my manager right now is friggin miserable, so have all of my previous managers over the years


    i'd rather not follow their lead.

    i'll just make this a "it'll get me by" job until something good comes through.

    I am told I am the best at my job. I manage the store the best, customer service is best, pizza quality is best in the region (15 stores), my marketing and sales are the only only ones coming from the store, and I'm told I'm the reason the store has become positive in sales for the first time in 3 years.

    But I'm the least paid manager in the store?
