if you did the work yourself it probably wouldnt cost THAT much but still not cheap

Welding isn't hard... do circles or rainbows; whatever fits you best.

i would get help with the rear suspension from someone who has done it before....but making the driveshaft tunnel would be the easiest and a good way to learn to weld
