    transmission, I had one that had reverse messing up and one that had 5th gear gone,so I swapped the 5th out of the 1st tranny into the 2nd. Well, the shifter felt stiff when it was in neutral, It shifted through 1-5(5th worked) once, I turned around, put it in first and it wouldnt come back out of first. I'm thinking a spacer shifted in the shiftin mechanism and thats what is jamming it up

    Never messed around in an import Tranny, Have done a few Turbo 350's but don't think I can help you on this one bro!

    Not right off, I usually leave this kind of work to a buddy of mine but he's outta town until next month... I know there is a shop over by the chucky cheese and Macon Mall, but not sure how much they charge... Never been one to take something to a shop, but you could try them.
