I had a 1g Eclipse when I was 16, and I loved it. it was a 94 though, screw the flip ups.

i cant remember exactly what kind this one guy had but it was a precision turbo i think on an evo 3 exhaust mani and other supporting mods running 10's down in sc and it was his daily.
