    Hell yeah man shits gonna be badass. I have decided to go ls1. A friend of mine in americus is gonna give me 0ne of his spare ls1's for next to nothing. I will just have to get a t/56 tranny and the swap kit. If he would've had a 2jz I would have done that but this is what he offered me and I can't refuse.

    Sweet. I can't believe you going domestic...but if you're looking to make a drag car, that is the best choice probably. Still not quite as fun as the sound of a big turbo under the hood.

    I'm getting that manifold for a steal as well...

    Yeah, You remeber chris krenshaw don't you? I think you met him once or twice he had the black ss camaro out at the tech school, Dave hung out with him a good bit and so did I. He is the one that drove that turbo jetta that you raced? Or Maybe Ron was driving the jetta. Anyway he was out there with those guys. That's who is giving me the motor.

    i put close to 30k+ a year and its only worth like $3k to most and $5k+ to a select crowd but i enjoy driving the hell out of it.

    I'm only concerned about miles because I plan on getting rid of it. The less miles you have, the higher the price. When I first got it, I really didn't care.

    Well, seeing as it's my ex's roommate, I'm guessing he was just trying to piss me off. He called it a POS "sports car".

    He's right though...my car is TOTALLY a family car.
