I am told I am the best at my job. I manage the store the best, customer service is best, pizza quality is best in the region (15 stores), my marketing and sales are the only only ones coming from the store, and I'm told I'm the reason the store has become positive in sales for the first time in 3 years.
But I'm the least paid manager in the store?
I think it's bull shit.
