    It's ok for Vick to abuse dogs for years and fight them to death, but a couple of bored US soldiers who fight for our freedom are immediately scrutinized for tossing a dead puppy that they found.

    No it's not ok for either of them to do what they did but as these guys are soldiers in a forein land they are supposed to represent us in a positive light. Not killing puppies cause they are bored
