i think your wrong. In the tuner community it's usually the Z owners to put stupid wheels on the car, put pointless mods, and talk out they ass.

You also buy an STI/EVO to go fast, period. Not to look good. The Z with wheels and a drop looks great. I get compliments from men and women all over miami. I've been here for a week and i get compliments literally everytime i get out of my car. Same in atlanta. It just looks better. We know our car is slow, it's an N/A v6. You have a 4banger turbo that responds very well to mods. We all know that. I'm not saying my car is better, it LOOKS BETTER for sure, especially to the mass population. If i wanted i could drop $10k and have a turbo and burn a few cars, but i got my car because i like the way it looks/handles/sounds. I didn't expect to toast everything on the street or be able to drop $3,000 and get 150whp. That's what you buy STI/EVO's for. Everytime i drove my roommates EVO, nothing but guys would compliment me, and it's only if they knew about cars.. the average joe thinks it's a rice bucket. I had a porsche 911 turbo owner here compliment me because he though my porsche sounded/looked good.. i told him it was a nissan Z and he waslike HUH?!
i dont know why you keep calling our car slow, in a strait out race(stock for stock) an sti vs 03-06 z is mabye 2 cars ahead, now that same race sti vs 07 z is either exactly equal(sti will always get off the line quiker but z catches up quikly) or z would be ahead by a little bit. thats the truth you sti nut huggers. look it up, there not that much faster.....srry
STI will toast us off the line. On the highway we should win 03-06. 07+ Z should highly embarass the STI.. with a bunch of recorded LOW 13's for stock, that's alot better than the STI and EVO8. EVO 9 however is a whole nother beast.

Personally i think YOUR Z, looks ricey. It has too much of a DUB look influence. That's not being mean to you, thats just my true opinion of your car. Im glad you like your car but i think your getting ahead of yourself stating it looks better than a Z/STI.....quite a few of us will strongly disagree.....Dont forget about the door handles.

Bone stock STIs are nothing to brag about. They are on par with Stage II WRXs of the same year. But flash a Stage II on an STI and then its a different story.

So why are we talking about a general pop in the US? A lot of people in the USA will never buy an import no matter how good it is. So that is irrelevant. Added to that most people dont know how to tune a car. That's why when we drive down the street you'll probably see 12 apc/nike/nos Civics before a nice ride. (Not yours).
The reason i use IA is because more than 80% of people on here have a clue.
i have to admit, EJ25, are little bickering is quite entertaining. and weirdly i enjoy somehow, its like im pissed and amused at the exact same time. i think we should hold an sti/z meet. it would be a huge awesome mess. we could video tape it and call it "meets gone wild!" it would sell

Nothing is better then a S-chassis car. The 350 is fat and ugly, and the STi is for people who think that AWD actually increases lateral g-forces.
