So i found some old lipodrene i had. The stuff is ephedra based. I took two, forgetting that one is suggested. Aaaaaaaaand now i remember why this sh!t was banned to begin with. I was on a dinner date and I was jittery as a motherfuccer... had to come home and lay down. Fail.
