    lirl!! holy shat! i was wondering wtf that was!
    i've seen it cause i work not too far from there, and the daycare, and yes. there is a fair level of nuisances(sp) in this area.

    PLEASE TAKE PICS... or pose as a drug dealer and when it sprays you drop kick it... and we can get it on video...

    if the cops come just say you thought it was a n1gger in a wheelchair trying to steal your money.
