i say julio should just decide st8 up. no real need for a poll imo, but i voted unban. i say give him one more chance and if he steps out of line again permaban.

Well permaban doesn't seem to work, since he says that he was IP banned at one point. Then he just went ahead and made another name. Doesn't that speak volumes about his character?
