I think yes and no.. but I think the antibacterial stuff is stronger... All soap has to have some antibacterial agent in it or it wouldnt be soap or so I would think...

answer is NO, sorry but unless it indicates it, it is not.

Even some anti-bacterial soap doens't kill all of the germs.

NO, lots of soap is just for cleansing/smelling good, unless its anti-bacterial it isn't anti-bacterial....

TRY THIS GET TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF SOAP, ONE THAT SAYS ANTI-BACTERIAL AND ONE THAT DOESN'T.... THEN WASH EACH ARM PIT W/ A DIFFERENT ONE W/ IT, DON'T PUT ON ANY DEODERANT AND SEE WHICH PIT SMELLS BAD FIRST

Soap isn't soap because it kills bacteria, soap does what it does because it's an emulsifier, suspending things like dirt and bacteria and oil within it so it can be washed off.

Here's an article about how soap works:

This article addresses whether anti-bacterial soap is better:
