    Btw, these are better than any Airsoft gun. Why pay $500-600 for an Airsoft outfit when you can get the real guns for a little bit more?

    Get hit with possession? How so if its not real? I'm sure it MAY be bad... but i doubt it would be as bad as if you had a real strap. But then again i know nothing about law, as you probably noticed on the phone.

    You can get caught with possession if not worse. Remember, it is illegal to get rid of the orange markings. They are put there for a reason; it is the law. Actually, it is a Federal (not state) Law to have these orange tips.

    yup it is federal law to have the orange markings on toy guns. Although, what I have heard is that they are trying to ban these guns period because they look real and are potentionally(sp) dangerous. Some of the guns don't even come with the orange markings i.e the rifles.

    yeah i know a kid with a Marui(sp?) PSG1 sniper rifle... he can hit shit from like 200 yards and still pierce both sides on a coke can.... imagine if that hit someone? I think its just stupidity as far as those high end guns go.

    Nope, you don't need one to buy a handgun either. You need one to be able to carry a weapon (not just a gun) on your person.
