Well on the other hand those gas guns... whew they hurt... but daym not nearly as much as a BB gun would, and im sure a cop wouldnt hit you with assault for shooting a BB at someone... would they?

that's why the first shot has to be dead on....if it's a kill shot on round one, the other rounds dont matter.
I am VERY serious. Ever been hit with an airsoft pellet moving at 350-400fps? Try it and find out. Actually, if you shoot something like that at anyone in an open, public place (ie, not a gaming ground), the chances are good that you will get arrested and worse, you might get shot and killed.
I can assure you that if someone pointed an airsoft gun at me (they look very real, are life size and many people paint over the orange markings), I would shoot back with my real bullets.
