I've got a Baretta look-a-like (spring action). Somewhat like the one in the picture only silver and black. I play in my friends yard sometimes.

I have the M15A4... The ICS laser sight is cool, but almost worthless. Sure scares the shit out players when you play at night though. I usually play in Dahlonega, nice big field. Pic below (Im on the far right in front of the guy with the leather jacket). I know I'm a nerd... big fuckin deal, its fun as hell. There are a few guys on IA that go out and play.

i want a gas powered pistol and sniper rifle. Those are so bad ass and quick to recharge and they hurt so bad when you get hit with them.

yeah... get a blowback green gas Desert Eagle... a friend has one... those are fuckin pimp and they hurt like shit. 20 round clip i believe also.. takes a few seconds to recharge too...

airsoft is gay, just play paintball, alot more fire and way more intense... alot of those guns are shooting 210-280fps, we played at 290-300fps on a tiny Xball field and paintballs are significantly larger than bb's and you can see the damage.

I have a AK Modernized Draganov assault rifle (sniper barrel, assault stock) upgraded to 400 fps. Used to be on Team Banana In Dawsonville before i got out of it. Gun is getting repaired by Ross on Team Banana.

Paintball sucks for Mil-sim... these guns are exact replica's of their counterpart... metal and features. 210-280fps? I can't think of any person that plays that low. We are usually up to 400fps easy. The BB's travel through tree's and other objects a lot better than paintballs do. Thats just my thing... you like paintball, I like airsoft. No big deal.

With that said, if you shoot someone "for the hell of it" with an Airsoft gun (outside the grounds of a gaming zone), it could easily land you in jail for assault.

u serious? Dude have you ever shot one... i can shoot you from 5 feet away and it wouldnt leave a mark for over 10 minutes... That would be some gay shit if sum1 got hit with assault for that.

Well on the other hand those gas guns... whew they hurt... but daym not nearly as much as a BB gun would, and im sure a cop wouldnt hit you with assault for shooting a BB at someone... would they?

I am VERY serious. Ever been hit with an airsoft pellet moving at 350-400fps? Try it and find out. Actually, if you shoot something like that at anyone in an open, public place (ie, not a gaming ground), the chances are good that you will get arrested and worse, you might get shot and killed.

I can assure you that if someone pointed an airsoft gun at me (they look very real, are life size and many people paint over the orange markings), I would shoot back with my real bullets.

james has some airsoft guns at the house - when my mom came over and saw them - she freaked out thinking they were real guns, so people can mistake them for a real gun. i hate all guns - including the air soft

Yea, you got to be real careful taking these out in public. I always have mine in a gun bag in the trunk of my car. If an officer pulls me over, the first thing I am going to tell him is I have an airsoft rifle in the car.

As for Brandon's comment about looking like a real gun. Damn right if someone is pointing a gun at me that looked real I wouldn't think twice. This is why kids get shot by cops because you cannot tell if a gun is real or not anymore. You are supposed to have the orange tips on the guns which signifies its a toy gun (unfortunately most criminals are adding orange tips to real guns).

I wouldn't be cool and brandish a gun like I have in public, plain and simple.

Why? If I shoot someone, it is going to ONLY be for the reason of fearing for my life or my safety. If I shoot someone with an Airsoft gun and it bounces off their chest with a bruise....I'm going to be in BIG trouble.

you can protect yourself in case of a big emergency if you have the orange part painted...take the AIrsoft gun and whoever is threatening(sp) your life wih a real gun pull your airsoft one out shoot them in the eye and run like a bitch. Hahaha
