So i'm on my way home just now from my brother's house and i'm crossing through an intersection where the roads are fucked up and not safe for lowered vehicles Anywho, this bitch behind me in a green Tahoe starts honking her horn and giving me this gorilla face. So I pay her no mind and keep crossing at my normal speed, mind you the light had JUST turned green. So as I finally cross the intersection, she decides to go onto the other lane, where there is oncoming traffic coming I guess she gets scared and decides to get back into our lane and boom hits me right in the front of my car, tearing off my mirror, fucking up my fender, and breaking my headlight at the same time.

Then she decides to run So I obviously chased her ass down as she tried to run away through some back roads and got stuck behind a bus I chased her, got the tag, called the cops and they told me to pull over so I could give them the report. The cop told me that they would try to find her and blah blah blah, and so that they can get her insurance to pay obviously

Now i'm kind of wishing I would of followed her to her house or something, because the cop was telling me that sometimes people put different addresses on their registration and there is a chance of them not finding her which is really So should I wait until they find her, or just call State Farm and file a claim under insured motorists? I don't wanna do that b/c that'll make my insurance go up correct?

BTW, her tag # was: WD8S25. It was one of those tags with the eagle and the flag. What a bitch.

well the best advice i can give you is to use that case number the cop gave you and stay on their ass till they find the *****. Similar thing happened to me. 3 days after I got my tC some chick pulled into the space next to where my car was parked at work and scrapped the entire right side of it and took off. I had no idea until I got out of work . A week later an old guy comes in and hands me a napkin with the bitches liscense plate on it. Called it in and boom I was paid.

When the county runs her tag on GCIC, it will come back with her insurance information listed on it, will even give the validation date...ask them if they can possibly tell you that. Doubt it but worth a shot...

They can put her in jail for leaving the scene of an accident, involving damage. Which is about a 5000 bond. You should be able to ask for her to be charged with criminal damage to property in the second degree...

dont let them **** you around on this...be firm, but not an ass...

Give the info to your insurance company as well, and let them investigate, thats what they are paid for...it will take them about 5 minutes to run the info, and contact her insurance company..
