He had a noose hanging from his truck. Freedom of speech. Did he deserve to have his ass beat? Maybe. Is it legal? **** no.

I didn't hear about the truck, only the two that were hanging from the tree.

Making a spectacle out of a situation that was clearly wrong on both accounts and screaming racism was even more wrong. If you assault someone, no matter what the initial cause, you deserve the consequence of your actions, black or white.

I do agree that there are other ways the situation could have been handled. But you can't tell me the idiots that hung the nooses thought it couldn't be interpreted as a racist act. I really hope America's youth aren't that stupid.
