Actually, I'm searching for facts as we speak....

But to put my argument into perspective, wouldn't reasoning dictate that
since there are more white people, that alone would be a determining factor in there being overall, more white ppl than black on welfare...

Now per the population, there are black ppl on welfare within blacks than
there are white people on welfare within whites.

This is a better comparison. Kind of how if 80% of arrests are black in a community that is 75% black, then its not a race thing anymore, its a probibility thing.

In case you didn't miss my mistake, I meant to say that there are more black people on welfare within the black population than they are white people on welfare within the white population.
