OK, heres the deal. I feel bad for s13....I dunno if i banned s13 or not. But, he did break the rules before they were changed. Then when they changed they played in his favor... So he keeps getting banned for stupid sh*t. I dont care, i told him to lay low for awhile b/c kayfunk and maniac got other chances WAY more than s13. He keeps his bs in the WL and never takes it elsewhere.
